Summer Camps

Enrichment Camps:

Little Farmers at the Spencer-Little Farm: This year the Little Farmers enrichment program runs for three one week sessions in July: .  The cost for non-members is $155. which includes a family membership to Historic New England (free admission to all festivals, museums, activities and other benefits); members' fee is $110. for the week.  The hours are the same: 9AM-1PM.  The age range is 4-7 this year (so last year campers can continue to attend), and the activities will center on farm life, with live animals, outdoor games and projects and crafts.  In addition to the farm animals, they plan to have special furry/feathery visitors to the camp.  Parents can call 978-462-2634 or email kcorcoran@historicnewengland.org for a brochure and registration form.

Science and Nature Camps:

The Seacoast Science Center in Rye, NH -- The website is www.seacoastsciencecenter.org or call them at 603.436.8043. They run 8, 1/2-day sessions over 8 weeks.  You have to sign up for each individually. They have programs for ages 4-5 and older kids.

Refuge Rangers at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge on Plum Island:  10am-3pm for kids ages 8-12.  Parents can call me directly to register for the camp, or find out more about it.  Kate Toniolo 978-465-5753 ext 210.  The Title is Refuge Ranger Camp, and a brief description would be...Do you love to pick up bugs and spend time outside? Does exploring a salt marsh or a forest sound exciting to you? Ever wonder what it would take to have a job in nature?  Then come to this fun, interactive, and hands-on nature day camp!  Join real Refuge Rangers  and explore your outdoor world. This camp is FREE.  :)

YWCA camps. The little guys one (4-5) year old is called Good Times Gang and they swim everyday as part of it. It is MWF for 2 weeks and they have several sessions. They also have sessions for older kids as well.
