Alicia Linsey

Having grown up with a sister and many neighborhood girls, I am now officially in the minority. I have three boys at home: my husband, Keith, and adorable sons, Chase, 2, and Brooks, 7 months. Being a mom is such a gift and privilege. I thoroughly enjoy staying at home with them. And while I would like to think I provide hours of endless entertainment, it is actually the boys who entertain me. (Anyone with a two-year-old knows exactly what I mean.) I was a school counselor in Andover for nearly 10 years. I remain involved in college counseling through my business partnership, The Academic Advancement Group. Keith and I, both from the ‘burbs (well, actually he is a country boy from Pennsylvania), met by chance in Boston 10 years ago this October. We are big Sox fans (as a native New Yorker, I have converted from the Yankees. Surprising, I know.) and love college football. We also enjoy country music, cooking and summering on Cape Cod. I am very excited to serve another year on the NMC Board as one of the Adult Social Coordinators. I look forward to seeing you at some of our events this year. Happy 2010!
